Check Your Quantities

Verify that you have full, unopened boxes of tiles remaining; please note that we cannot accept returns for individual loose tiles or leftover adhesive and grout.

Contact Our Support Team

Email our customer service team with your order number and the number of boxes you wish to return to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Secure Your Shipment

Carefully pack your tiles onto a pallet or in secure boxes to prevent breakage during transit, clearly marking your RMA number on the outer packaging.

Dispatch and Refund

Arrange for a courier of your choice to deliver the items back to our central warehouse; once inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
